I invested around $35,000 in training courses, fully committed to making it work. However, I quickly realised that the path to success in this venture was longer and more complex than I had anticipated. The returns were slow, and the additional investment and time required to make it profitable were daunting. Undeterred, I shifted my focus to property investment, another area that I believed could offer financial security. Over six years, I invested $25,000 in property training, hoping to build a portfolio that would generate passive income. Yet, this venture also proved more challenging than expected. The complexities of property management, coupled with substantial upfront costs, made it difficult to see the kind of returns I was aiming for. Despite spending over $60,000 on these ventures, I had little to show for it. The financial strain and lack of success were disheartening, and I started to doubt whether I would ever find a way out of the corporate grind.
